Duties and responsibilities include the following:
calendar management (scheduling court conferences and motions, arranging for appearances, scheduling depositions); scheduling no-fault and defense medical examinations; opening files; no-fault applications; letters of representation; medical records requests; preparing settlement letters; contact with clients, medical offices, defense counsel, insurance companies and court personnel; drafting litigation documents, basic motions; trial preparation; etc.
The individual will work closely with the principal attorney and other experienced staff members (attorneys, paralegals, law clerks, etc.
).
