Reporting directly to the Dean of Enrollment Management, this position will collaborate with students, staff, and faculty to curate digital media content that complements the college's mission, vision, and brand.
Digital Media Associate The Digital Media Associate will report to the Dean of Enrollment Management and closely collaborate with students, staff, and faculty to curate digital media content that complements the college's mission, vision, and brand.
The ideal candidate for this position has strong writing skills and experience with Canva, Photoshop, and Google Slide Deck.
In addition, the person in this role is responsible for capturing photos and videos of students necessary for content creation, as well as working with other photographers to incorporate student content into our media platforms.
This position offers an accelerated path to growth, as the person in this role will collaborate directly with a team of the college's Senior and Executive Administrators.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and curate creative and visually appealing content that resonates with that college's target audience including current and prospective students.
Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, as well as the college's blog.
Report on the effectiveness of curated content by tracking social media metrics.
Write and edit content necessary for digital publications.
Respond to comments, messages, and student-generated content, fostering a positive and engaging online environment Ensure that the college's mission, vision, and brand are effectively promoted across all social media platforms.
Develop and maintain a social content calendar that aligns with the college's overarching digital media strategy Collaborate with students, staff, and faculty to seek out content creation opportunities.
Create PowerPoints and visuals used across all 5 Schools of Study Provide administrative, event, recruitment, and marketing support for the Admissions Department, as well as the College's 5 School of Study.
Perform other duties as assigned.
-MUST HAVE experience with photography and taking videos that can be used for content creation, as well as youtube, google slide deck, canva, adobe lightroom, premiere pro, and capcut.
