The right candidate would be an energetic and positive with proactive personality.
The front office team is usually a patient's first encounter and so we want to make sure to give patient's a welcoming and at ease vibe.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software and dental terminology is a plus.
Willing to train the right person.

Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Provide excellent customer support and address patient inquiries or concerns - Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure cleanliness Skills:
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Attention to detail - Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines Job Types:
