Hours are 2pm-9pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting staff and visitors in a cordial manner, making them feel welcome as they enter the facility.
Assisting visitors checking in on the kiosks.
Keeping a constant watch on facility exits, making sure no resident exits the facility unattended.
Receiving phone calls and directing them to appropriate parties or taking messages.
Miscellaneous ad hoc clerical duties.
The ideal receptionist candidate will have the following
Experience:
Healthcare facility office experience.
Pleasant, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
Professionalism.
Experience handling sensitive information.
Detail oriented.
Covid vaccines.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
