Summary:
We're on the hunt for a experience Bubble Tea Barista.
As a Bubble Tea Barista, you'll be the face of our establishment, crafting delicious and visually stunning bubble tea creations for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, brewing tea, mixing flavors, and assembling drinks with precision and care.
Duties:
Prepare and assemble a variety of bubble tea drinks according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
Brew tea and prepare other beverage ingredients with attention to quality and freshness.
Mix flavors and toppings to create unique and visually appealing bubble tea creations.
Operate equipment such as blenders, tea brewers, and sealing machines safely and efficiently.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained at all times in the preparation and serving areas.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to meet customer demand.
Provide friendly and attentive customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Educate customers about our menu offerings, including tea types, flavors, and customization options.
Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately for transactions.
